The transformation to my new roof from my old roof is AMAZING!!!!!!! The team was professional, polite and took care of everything. Management is considerate to the homeowners needs and communicating is constant! Thank you all who restored my roof and took my biggest stressor away!!!!!! We appreciate you all!

Modern Roofing's work was exceptional from start to finish... When Francis stopped me outside my house and explained to me what my options were I was flabbergasted!!! My roof sorely needed to be replaced but I didn't have the funds. When he told me that there was a possibility to get insurance to cover it I was skeptical but.... Here we are!!! The whole team including Scott, Sean, Francis and Chris made sure my installation when off without a hitch. The scary thing is, they had to replace 18 sheets of plywood on a small roof! Thank goodness they came when they did! I am thrilled with the outcome!! Thank you Modern Roofing!!!

I am so delighted to be getting a new roof to be done by Modern Roofing. My roof was damaged by a hail storm and will be covered by insurance. Jadin has been so helpful in helping me go ahead with this decision. I have had a very nice experience with all those I have dealt with at Modern Roofing.

My experience with Modern Roofing was stellar from start to finish! Mike was quite knowledgeable, provided and explained various options, and did not try to "sell" me on anything beyond my budget. Johnny, Project Supervisor, and the team arrived on time and worked efficiently, finishing by 4:30 that afternoon. Clean up of all materials and nails was exemplary. Johnny then stayed to show me what had been done and made sure I was happy with the work. I would recommend Modern Roofing to anyone for their honesty, integrity, constant communication, and excellent work.

I replaced my roof due to hail damage. Nice guys to with, very professional, knowledgeable throughout the process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
