How long does it take to get installed?
Our current wait time is within 14 days of the contract signing & receipt of the deposit. If you’ve filed a claim with your insurance, that part can take a little longer though! Unfortunately, you have to follow their timeline when you work with insurance.
What products do you use?
We are able to install any products you’d like! We offer GAF products, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, and more. That said, if you don’t have a preference, we like to use Owens Corning. They offer some of the best warranties in the industry!
What is your warranty?
We offer a 5-year labor warranty on all of our work, and the manufacturer you use provides the material warranties based on the products you choose!
How do I know if I have storm damage?
You can call us to give you a free inspection! We are trained to look for hail damage, wind damage, and leaks resulting from a storm, and can prepare a report for you to send to your insurance company.
